Experience a convenient and inspiring setting for your work, cozy rooms for relaxing, an atmosphere that makes you feel at home and a team of devoted staff to help you realize your projects. We are a small property with only 6 rooms. Each of them with its own bathroom (shower, hot water, WC), air conditioning (supplement), a desk and satellite or internet TV. Internet by optic fibre is available throughout the property. KARLS guesthouse is set in the district of Haie Vive, a busy commercial and entertainment area, yet strongly secured, close to the Ministries, development agencies and embassies. The international airport of Cadjehoun is only 10 minutes drive away (from the roof top you can see the aircrafts coming in) and if you are up to dining or need some distraction just make your choice among the many bars and restaurants you will find at walking distance. You can chill out under palm trees in Pura Vida, just 4 min walk away, the very trendy Code Bar opposite of the airport is at 1 mile and serveral beaches (Family Beach, Obama Beach, Dream Beach) are less than a mile away. Speaking French and local languages (and a little English), our staff at the reception is always on hand to help.
